A 5-day training of trainers course was held in Athens Greece on May 7-11, bringing together trainers from all 5 participating countries. The trainees were offered a detailed presentation of the REHAC methodology and tools, and a demonstration on how the learning activities can be adapted to different learners’ needs. The seminar included both theoretical and practical parts, to enable the participants to acquire the skills and competences they would need to teach refugees following the REHAC methodology. Participants were also invited to discuss how the developed methodology can benefit the inclusion of refugees in their host country. The training course took the participants from all project countries through the learning packages for refugees step by step, using practical examples; and provided them with a pack of readings, practical advice, course models, exercises, animation techniques and evaluation models.
